We have re-arranged our salon space to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser  in between each appointment.

We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.

2 OUR TEAM

Our team will be wearing face visors (compulsory)  and face masks, aprons and gloves where necessary on the salon floor.

All of our team members will wash their hands before and after each client interaction.

All team members are trained to care for our customers in a safe and hygienic and professional manner.

We have agreed social distancing within our team communal staff areas.

Staff have been briefed not to attend the salon if they have a temperature or are feeling unwell or if any person in the household is unwell or self-isolating.

3 CLIENT ARRIVAL AND RECEPTION

We will not be excepting walk-ins at this time, you must pre-book appointments

We will stagger customer appointment times where possible.

We will greet you warmly but without a handshake for a hug.

Where possible please sign into Track and Trace using the QR code displayed around the salon.

Dont be offended if we take your temperature on arrival.

Hand sanitiser must be used on entry and again on exit of the salon.

Please minimise what you bring with you and you will be asked keep all belongings with you.

We ask that all customers attend their appointment alone unless accompanying younger clients. If you are bringing more than one child in for a hair cut. At all times, they must be sat on the sofa to wait

Please wait outside and your stylist will escort you to your stylists station ASAP to avoid congestion in the waiting area.

We cannot accommodate any one waiting inside and equally we will not accept anyone who is late. 

Our appointments are booked strategically.
